3. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through direct communication with our clinic. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments when necessary.
4. Cancellation & Late Policy
To respect the time of both our practitioners and other clients:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session while being charged the full appointment fee.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept approved payment methods available at the clinic or online booking system. Prices for services may change at any time without prior notice.
