What are your clinic hours?

Our clinic hours are designed to provide convenient appointment options for our patients. We open 7 days a week, even on most holidays. Please check our online booking system or contact our clinic directly for the most up-to-date availability.

Appointments are highly recommended to ensure your preferred therapist and treatment
time are available. Walk-in appointments may be accepted based on availability.

You can easily book your appointment online through our website or contact our clinic directly by phone.

Please arrive about 5-10 minutes early for your visit to complete any required forms and discuss your health history with your practitioner.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or a full payment of the service. We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide your full
treatment time whenever possible. However, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled patients.

Yes. We offer direct billing to all major insurance providers whenever possible. Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment.

You will receive an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for
reimbursement.

Yes. We accept patients receiving treatment for injuries related to motor vehicle accidents. Depending on your claim and insurance coverage, direct billing may be available. Our team can assist you with the required paperwork and help coordinate your treatment plan. If you’ve recently been involved in an accident, please contact our clinic before booking your appointment so we can explain the claims process and ensure you have the necessary information for your first visit.

Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on your treatment, your practitioner may ask you to
remove certain clothing while ensuring your privacy is respected at all times. Appropriate
draping is always used during every treatment.

Yes. Your personal health information is kept strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and professional standards.

Your Registered Massage Therapist will review your health history, discuss your concerns and treatment goals, perform an assessment if needed, and develop a personalized
treatment plan before beginning treatment.

Most massage treatments should feel comfortable and therapeutic. Some techniques used to treat chronic muscle tension may cause mild discomfort, but your therapist will always adjust the pressure based on your comfort level.

The ideal treatment frequency depends on your condition, lifestyle, and goals. Your therapist can recommend a personalized treatment schedule after your assessment.

Physiotherapy can help with sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, postsurgical rehabilitation, workplace injuries, posture problems, balance issues, and many other musculoskeletal conditions.

In most cases, no referral is required to see a physiotherapist. However, some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider.

Most people experience little to no discomfort. The needles used are extremely thin, and
many patients find acupuncture to be deeply relaxing.

Yes. Our licensed practitioners use only sterile, single-use disposable needles and follow strict infection control procedures.

The number of treatments depends on your condition, how long you have had it, and your overall health. Your practitioner will discuss a recommended treatment plan after your
assessment.

Yes. Many patients choose to combine physiotherapy or acupuncture with massage therapy during the same visit to maximize the benefits of treatment. Depending on your condition and treatment goals, these therapies can work together to help reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve muscle tension, and support recovery. If you are booking multiple services on the same day, we recommend scheduling them in advance so we can reserve sufficient time for your appointments.
Yes. We understand personal preferences and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
